For the do-it-yourself, brand new webmaster there is only one website builder in the world that trains you to go from rank beginner to online business success. And that is Site Build It! (SBI).

I could go on and on about how great SBI has worked for me, but I might be violating some forum rule if I did. One thing I can tell you about SBI is that you can do all the things you mention above without having to be high-tech savvy. The page builder module takes care of that for you.

The most important thing about SBI is the training modules called "The Action Guide." These are free yet priceless at the same time.

    Hope this helps

The sites you mentioned as examples are all high profile sites. If you want all those functionalities, you should be ready to shell out a lot of cash and have someone do it for you/hire a developer.
Also, if you search for free PHP scripts related to real estate, I'm quite sure you'll get some pretty decent scripts. You'll have to spend time on it modifying the code/theme to match you needs.

    Hi,
Building a real estate website with a WordPress premium theme is something that every real estate professional should consider for two great reasons:

    * You get a great looking website for your business that is extremely easy to customize and that offers you tens of thousands of free add-ons ( plugins, in the parlance of WordPress) that enable you to extend your website's functionality
    * You get a built-in blog that allows you to interact with your audience, establish yourself as an authority in your market, and multiply your opportunities for ranking in the search engines (every post you create becomes another page for search engines to add to their index, which is what they build their search results from)

Ultimately, building a real estate website with a WordPress premium theme is one of the best things you can do to market your business on the Internet. And the AgentPress theme for WordPress makes it quick, easy, and extremely affordable to do.

    Thanks.

    HI Joy,
You have mentioned you dont have any idea about creating website. And as other said the sites you have mentioned are all high profile. We all are here to help you but at least you will have to say that what kind of help are you seeking. Is it related to design or database or coding?

I just replied to your previous thread, but with no knowledge of coding or how to build a website, your going to have to start at the bottom or hire a developer.

Go learn HTML, and basic coding. Then go experiment with wordpress on some other projects (you specify wordpress in your other thread) as you learn basic php and what wordpress is capable of. Wordpress is NOT a site builder, you will need coding knowledge to accomplish something nice like the sites mentioned.

Well you said you need help in coding. But again a question do you have decided what platform are you going to use to develop it? e.g asp.net,php, wordpress etc...?
And if you will use suitbuilder also you will get help about designing. But still you will need a knowledge in writing codes. So my suggestion is first you decide a platform.

For the kind of site you have suggested, besides the domain, you will need to have some server-scripts and a back-end database of some sort, be it SQL, XML, even TXT. I would recommend to use PHP which is one of the best server-side languages and for which you can find many tutorials related to your objective. You will also need to know some client-side language like HTML for the designing part of the website.

You have way too many directions this can go. Asking a basic question in a room full of people with their own individual specific solutions. If you have room and board in India, I'll make it to your specification for free.

Joy786, way to go. The hardest part about building a website isn't how to do it, but deciding to do it.

    Good luck
