Use a theme with good look, if you are going to make blog type web then try blog type theme like techmell.com if you want to use entertainment theme then go to chattk.com so its depend on you. Keep in mind some themes made using virus language that will get ban by antivirus don't use that themes. Now question how to find virus language in that theme??? Just simple use antivirus and check your web after uploading any theme. If running fine, then no problem.
