    Hi all,

I'm new to this and I would appreciate if anyone can help me in buying a site from any of the members in DP. I want to know how would the transaction be done (how will the site be transferred to me) and what are the things I need to look out for before buying the site. I've also seen posts mentioning that the buyer will get all the folders and contents. What exactly are they talking about? Once i buy the site, will the site be registered under my name and also, if I decide to re-sell it, will there be any problem?

    Thanks,

    Communityn

Buying site = you will get all the site's content, database and domain transfer to your domain registrar account after purchase
Buying Domain = you only got the domain transfer to your domain registrar account
Buying Content = you got the content (articles, information, database) and you put that on your sites as your own content.

After they transfered domain to your account, it's yours. When you want to sell it just find the buyer and transfer domain to buyer account.

If you buy the site for it's revenue, make sure the screen shot is not fake and check seller's itrader as well.
