Need help implementing a PHP script

    Looking to add a php script to an existing blog.

    What im trying to do is use this thumb rating system on the homepage of my site as well as the single post page

    If you are qualified please pm me or respond below. Looking for someone that is an expert in php and can code with the latest web standards.
