NEED HELP!!, I was wondering if someone can make a Wesite for me

I want to start my own business, and a source told me to goto this
site and ask generous people if they can make a site for me.
i am just need a foundation. this site is going to be used for marketing, and stuff
i sell clothes, electronics, shoes, hats. i dont want to say i wont pay whomever, but i would like to make a donation via, paypal if anyone is interested

 

Are people really donating talents to set up a free website? I think I would like to have one simple design too.
