Clearly you have no idea what you are doing, so I wouldn't suggest you even attempt this. The biggest problem with this will be space and bandwidth, both of which are expensive. This step alone will cost you several $$$ per month. If you don't know anything about this, I wouldn't bother. Unlimited File Size upload will rape your servers so fast it won't even be funny. How much you will earn? It all depends on how much advertising you manage to place on the site, and if you don't know where to find advertisers (And I don't mean just using google adsense), then you won't make very much. Definitely not enough to even cover your server expenses.
