While searching I found that some sites having Pr and Alexa ranking at home page as well as at link page but when I go through these sites I was surprised that the site was not cached. Now the question is:
Is the site has any problem?
or the Google has any problem that it is unable to cached or crawl them.

some time its happens that a pr having page is not cached by Google but after some days if you will check it again you will find that the page is now cached.

I am so much . Please someone will tell me what is the actual reason behind this?

I don't see there any relation with PR and search results, the search results usually fluctuate depending on different factors.

According to me, if a website has PR (showing in Google toolbaar) means that website must be cached earlier thats why Google alloted PR to that website. I often experience this kind of problem. May be Google is updating records (rankings) at the time when you checked its cache page. Check after few days, you will see the latest cache date of that website.

The (page) that has PageRank is cached. This does not mean that all pages within a (site) are cached.
