    Hi

    I need 3 custom forms

    I'm starting a local Internet Marketing company in Miami Florida ClickMIA(dot)com

    I am looking for something that my clients can sign so they feel secure that we are providing services and for us that they agree... like a user agreement/disclaimer

    also need a agreement when I hire a independent sale rep...and a non disclosure.

    looking to pay $20 for all 3 forms
