    I have a wordpress blog.

    How do i tell google NOT to index my trackback links?

    My track back url are of this format...
    hxxp://www.domainname.com/blog/2005/09/28/postname/trackback/

    I just want hxxp://www.domainname.com/blog/2005/09/28/postname to be indexed.

    Any inputs would be of great use.

    In the head section of the /trackback, use :

    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW">

    If you are thinking at rel=nofollow, please note that this tag does not prevent indexing, but prevents passing of "weight" (such as PR).
