Need Help/Guidance for transfering WP Blog to a different Host.

Hello Forum!

I am have a big problem. My Host(bluehost) is needing a reniew tomorrow...but i dont want them anymore, so can SOME1, please Help me transfering my WordPress Blogs by guiding me over Skype? Or write here some possible steps?

What i found until now is that i need:
mySQL databases
public_html

i tried doing some stuff, but i failed...


would really be awesome if some1 could spare 30 min with me. Thanks!
