you must be targeting low paying keywords. Not by choice of course

 

There could be some fraud click or like other saying, you have low paying keyword that shows low paying ads.
Anyway 220 click and earning only 1.77$ that is really hurts.

Wow. That's a very small amount of page impressions for so many clicks! Maybe Google suspects fraudulent clicks.
