    Hi all,
I want to ask a question and requires immediate response on it.
I don't know how to respond on it, totally lost. Please suggest me an ethical way to come out of it. Any help to resolve the issue will be appreciating.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jessica.

Check the past SEO strategies you have used and identify any wrong SEO practices on link building. As in the message you have received,
    It may be the reason.

First check your back links and look for unnatural back links that are pointing to your site. You can check your back links by typing link:estatemillwork.com in Google search box. Create a list of back links that seems to be unnatural and request the site owner to remove them. Once you have done with this request for site reconsideration in Google Webmasters.

Do some no follow links to behave as if you are not here to boost up your site but just to make it visible for more internet users.

Better is to correct those violations first and justify it to them as you email back. You are actually lucky to have that kind of notice and attention from Google (if it is officially from them), thousands of webmaster/owner asking for support and getting no love.

Do not respond to this email, just wipe out all your dubious backlinks and ping the search engines again.
    Else you will be penalized.
