Rules Need Help Getting Negative feedback Removed from My Account

I need some help getting a negative Itrader removed from my account. The itrader that was posted should not have been in the first place. I never posted in the sellers thread nor did the seller and I ever do any types of sells, trades, etc etc. So the only way he could have left me negative itrader was by entering a thread that I never posted in which is against the TOS anyways. I contacted the seller and he said he was sorry and then left me a positive Itrader but that negative still shows for NO reason. I have tried everything: Contacting Mods--Contacting Admins--Using the REPORT Itrader on the feedback page but I have never had any luck or response. Can somebody PLEASE help?

The only way which can be done is by sending PM to user 'digitalpoint'.

 

Thanks I guess Ill give that a try. I thought this was a big NO NO in the TOS so it would seem that any mod could handle this situation.

 

Let the mods know and if you can justify that you have no connection to that -iTrader whatsoever then you don't have to worry about a thing.

 

Did you ever specifically ask him to give you a positive iTrader?

 

No, I did not but thats beside the point as that one should actually be removed as well...HE PUT IN FAKE THREAD to post both
