I have iPanel installed with mod_layout on my vps, but I cannot get the forced ads to work. If anyone can make them work, I will pay $5. I would prefer if you have experience with ipanel.

I'm guessing that you have root access then? iPanel requires root access for forced ads to work...

My problem that I ran into is the file was never getting update and therfor no ads.

Just a longshot but check your footer/header files and make sure the code is in there.
