Need help getting adbrite on proxified pages

I posted this in HTML & Website Design and didn't get any replies. So I'm trying this section. I researched on how to place ads on proxified pages but still couldn't figure out how to get adbrite set up correctly. I found this one brief tutorial at http://www.freeproxytemplates.com/adversal-adbrite-proxy
but couldn't find the code in my index.php file that it says to put the ad code between. My proxy is coded different than the standard proxy I believe. If someone could tell me where the code should go I'd really appreciate it.

What script is this PHProxy it doesn't look like PHProxy to me?

 

I don't know what the script is. I bought the site, and don't know anything about proxy coding
