Need help from Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish and Canadian people (-->about filesharing)

    At least say something like: "No, do not do it. DMCA will kill you. You will get serious problems."

    I guess nobody really knows the laws. I have to contact lawyers it seems.

    But 99% of websites do this to earn money. From uploading and ads.
    But my website will be non-commercial. And no DMCA stuff.
    And from what I have read it should be LEGAL in those countries which I mentioned above.

    Even if it is legal in those countries, you could still expect a possible civil lawsuit in the country where you are located.
    A lot of composers would consider distribution without permission to be theft.

    Well most of the composers do not live anymore. Maybe more the companies like Sony or sth would consider it but I do not think.
    The most of them are anyway on youtube.
