We have been facing multiple issues for the past one month with PayPal India. I am seriously considering PayPal to sue in courts. Before that I would like to check with some people here in DP if they had similar issue. Here is the deal. PayPal India requires the name in PayPal account, PAN card and Bank account to be same to be PAN verified. Since this is a sole proprietorship company we have the owner name in the PAN card. However we have Business name in the PayPal account and we have added current bank account with business name and savings account with the personal name of the owner. Initially PAN validation happened and we got a message saying that our PAN was valid. After 5 days of transaction we got an email saying that PAN was invalid. Ever since this comedy is going on and on again. Some customer care executive said that our Business account has to be the primary account while verification, and some are saying our personal bank account should be the primary one. Near mess is happening and our business sucks because of this issues. Any person who had similar issue, please help me understand and deal this problem. Thanks.
