Pay close attention to the feedback given by customers to persons who worked for them. Each person on the sites has feedback from the people they worked for, so take your time to read it before hiring someone.
I am in the middle of talking with these folks. They are a high level agency and will not be using fiverr for a damn thing lol.. Nigel
