atbgaming (d0t) com Thats my site. It seems as if I'm facing penalties from the amount of backlinks I have. I'm getting random backlinks from places. Most of them are junk links too. What can I do now? I used to be on the first page for my keyword not im mid 2nd page.
I see no backlinks by google at all although a search for "atbgaming.com" shows 779 almost all of which look spammy. what makes you THINK it has any penalties? what has changed and how was it before the penalties you think you have ? The blog looks as if it's only 3 months old, so the new site boost will have gone... not that it is a new site boost as such more a case of google having time to work out what your site is like? Google don't like sites only about "get free Wii points" etc very well,.... probably got listed as just spam site, plus each post shows up under many sub sections/tag so shows as duplicate content. so my basic thoughts are if it is a penalty then it's for having a spammy looking site content wise, and doing lots (700+) of spam posts to try to get links.
Site is listed on Google (99 results i get), but many pages are sooo similar. Google coulkd take some as suplementary results if you do not make it more different.
So should i delete some posts they have same tags or what? I want the keywords 'free microsoft points'
