Need help from all who activated thier Paypal using VCC

Hello all,

I activated My PP acc using VCC.

Then when I tried to send money PP told me that my account is limited.

Did you had the same problem??

 

I verified my account using VCC as well, and it got limited after 1-2 months of use.
They asked for verification documents which I couldn't provide.

 

Add a real credit card and you should not face this problem.

 

Yes I have a verified account too using vcc, I have got same problem. But I have sent them fax of my credit card (vcc) - lol , and id proof still i am using it.

Do not ask how I send fax of vcc. I paid 12$ to designer to make vcc to real document.

I have sent all the original documents including passport and driving licence. But I have made copy of vcc like real credit card. My vcc provider is providing now physical copy too

It's because of you used your PayPal account from and IP of country that is not in PayPal's allowed list right?

There is nothing you can do without breaking Paypal's Terms of Contracts any further. Basically you are not allowed to use Paypal if you are not from a supported country and they have every right to terminate or limit your account if you do so.

The only right thing you can do is to give up the account and only sign up when your country is supported.

By not complying their terms would give them more reasons not to support your country.

 

You can do nothing now. Say good bye to your account and money. You can wait 180 days before paypal leaves your funds for withdrawal by cheque.

Just a note, if you are from an unsupported country and you put in an address from a supported country, even if they send you the funds by check, you would not be able to encash it as it will be sent to the address which you specify in your account (which I believe may be fake).

 

But you will still be able to add a VMI card as a bank acocunt and choose to withdraw the money to this account instead let you send a check.

 

But the very act of signing up from a country which is prohibited by Paypal is already a breach of the contract which is already wrong. How far a hole of lies do you want to dig for yourself ?

 

Hey I too have verified my PP using a VCC just a few days ago.Till now everything is fine, no probs, but if someday PP limits my account, I will suffer a huge loss, as becoz my whole online business is standing in the grounds of my paypal. If it gets limited what should I do to prevent it?

 

Add a real credit card from a UK bank and you should be fine.

 

Can designer create fake utility bills and passport scan files also ?
I can pay 50$ for these

 

Wouldn't it be easier to use real utility bills and passport ? That way you are not breaking any terms and you will not be cheating or lying about it.

If you use fake details, how would people be able to trust you ?

 

I think it is just ok if your country realy don't support PP send or receive funds from it..
