    Hello,
    I am not getting it..

have a look at the image I created..

Check the rounded corners, its kinda hazy and I want to make it sharp.

When I select the image by Ctrl+A in Photoshop CS4, and go to Select > Modify, only the Border is enabled. Why?

Is there any other way to do that?

Thanks, but that doesn't let me select a certain dimenssions of a image.
I mean, how can I select a 100x100 pixel area from a 150x100 pixel image with Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool?

You could use the guides and create rulers to divide the shape and from there you can slice the image possibly.
