    I am developing a new wordpress website, i am using "gamenow" theme from wpnow[.]com,

    It is game review website a really like the feature the review of "reviewit" theme from themeforest[.]com

    So can any body please tell me that how can i add tags in to my post like, added in the reviewit theme.

    Are you asking how you can incorporate features from another theme into the one that you are using?
    You'll have to program the functionality into it, or buy the other theme.

    There is no other way to get the EXACT same thing.
