Need Help for Sitemap File Problem?

    Hello Everyone, I am facing one Simple Sitemap File Problems.Can anyone solve my problem.

    I have 3 website with same content only GEO location changed? How to proceed with Sitemap.xml submission on search engines?
    or
    How to submit sitemap.xml file for 3 different domain working from single location only GEO area changed dynamically?:(
