    Hello all..

    i need help right now for my analysis for subject CMT366 with is my project ,can you all help me for find where can i find the suitable link for my research .

    My title research is :

    Analysis of Riboflavin in a ---------- by Fluorescence Spectroscopy.

    Can you all help me to find like this example method but different things:

    Title:
    Determination of riboflavin in cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower using fluorescence spectroscopy (FES).

    Objective:
    To determine and compare the percentage of riboflavin in cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.

    Equipment:
    Fluorescence spectroscopy, centrifuge, filter, mortar, volumetric flask.

    Reagents:
    Acetic acid, riboflavin.

    Samples:
    Cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.

    Procedure:

    Acetic acid preparation
    1. Prepare 1000ml of 5% acetic acid.
    2. Volume of acetic acid need is 50ml.
    3. Transfer 50ml of acetic acid into 1000ml of volumetric flask and dilute with deionized water until graduated mark.
    4. Shake the solution vigorously.

    Standard preparation
    1. Weigh 10 mg riboflavin and transfer into 100ml of volumetric flask.
    2. Dilute the sample with deionized water.
    3. Further dilute the riboflavin solution 10 times in another 100ml volumetric flask.
    4. Prepare riboflavin standard which is 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 ppm in 50 ml volumetric flask.

    Sample preparation
    1. Grind samples.
    2. Weigh 5mg of samples.
    3. Dissolve samples in 5% acetic acid and made up to volume in a 100ml volumetric flask.
    4. Then, filter the solution through the filter paper and centrifuge to separate precipitate from a solution.
    5. 100 times dilution is performing in 500ml volumetric flask.
    6. The fluorescence intensity for each sample is compare with a standard riboflavin
