need help for my domain (please help domain issue )

hi all need your help
i brought a domain webango (*)net some months back
i am planning to start my online business with name , seo service business
but i see that it is a expired domain there was a site as per the archive and alexa

so do you think that the previous website owner or the company can take a legal action against me even the webango.com is a parked domain

please help i need to start my business website soon

I think not really you hadn't payed for the next year so its open for others.

 

Marks have to be used to establish rights. A parked domain name acquires no trademark rights. It doesn't look like the former usage of the .net had anything to do with SEO and you could likely claim the usage was abandoned, so you shouldn't have a problem with the former owner. If someone else is using the same or similar name for the same type of usage, then that could be a different story.

If you want to get a detailed report, you would have to pay for a trademark search. Might run a few hundred dollars but it should alert you to any potential problems.
