Need Help For Making JobDesk id or Jobbox id...!

I want to apply for an online job, they require jobdesk id, Please help me hwo and where can I get Jobdesk id........

1 more thing I wana know, When I signup for paltalk it gives (unexpected error tf-2120)
how can i make jobbox id........whats the website to make jobbox id.........
