1.aptitude test 2.maths 3.english grammer etc.......... another one idea i will give you ...correct the HR make friend...then you will get the job....
"What is your work background....I don't have time to read your resume". "How would you describe your work ethic?" "Do you have any problems working after hours?" "What do you feel you are worth, what do you expect to be payed?" "Could you take over in a supervisory capacity once fully trained if called apon to do so?" "Do you get along well with others?" "How is your temper,do you have a sense of humor?" "What do you bring to the table that others don't.Why should I hire you?" "Can I rely on you?"
If I am interviewing you Janie you had best look me straight in the eye and without hesitation say,"I expect to be running the floor and making big money".You do that and you will impress me.
janiepetter if they ask any bond means don't sign and don't give your original educational certificates there...then you will be struggled..
Questions such as: What can you say about yourself? Why should we hire you? What can you contribute to our company if ever you're considered to be hired? those types of questions test your reasoning skills and honesty.
Well I am simply stating what I would be looking for,a woman who marches into my office, demonstrates complete confidence would gain my attention and respect. But seeing as you don't care for my answer or attitude then you and I are not on the same mindset.I'll remove you from my friendship list as we apperantly have little in common.
I think there is some misunderstanding.Who said you that i don't care for your answer. i was asking you because here no one would like to listen this type of answer.so that is why i asked you to give me more answers so that i could select which one suits best for interviewer question.
@janiepetter I have resent a friendship application, please accept as I want you back on my friendship list.I'm kind of used to seeing your pretty face on there. O.K. a misunderstanding. Not unusual as all we have is the written word which is cold and clinical.I've always liked you dear, you treat everyone so well on here.I have to admit I was surprised at what I thought was your response.I guess I read it wrong....no biggie. Anyway getting back on topic.I do all the hiring where I work, probably not for much longer as I don't think I'll renew my contract in October.May retire at the old age of 31.(big inheritance)Anyway I look for a confidant in your face type.Someone who 100% believes in themselves and has conviction. Most everyone fakes it,but those who truly believe in themselves and have the ability to back it up are what we look for.
