    I will allow you to host your forum on my server for the same price $3month and accept payments via paypal. Not allow to use more than 1000MB bandwidth per month.

    Provide you FTP, Database, PHP MyAdmin, EMail server setupo to google apps for your domain if required.

    I m shocked this guy make a thread and post his budget is 3$ per month and he need hosting

    i can allow to host his forum on my server @ 3$ per month but still he is not respond to me.. really shocking thing to me :D

    if your forum is new and just started you can go for shared hosting also, switch to VPS later on as per your needs.
