I have egold account, but if i want to access it. Egold need to add AccSent one-time PIN challenge recieved my email address from egold. But in my email address, I don't received this pin. How to resolve it? Can you help me? Regards, phejhe
I never had this problem with e-gold. I always get it in my inbox. Check your spam or junk folder. It might be there.
Some time the PIN not reach to your email..Try again & again..If still problem maybe your account hacked..Try contact e-gold asap by phone..
If you did not recieve your PIN within 30 minutes try logging in again and make sure you check the bulk or spam folder in your email. The PIN might have been sent there.
Try login few times in one day. Or if your profile details are realm call or email E-Gold. Better Call because their email support isnt good.
It looks like you are having dynamic IP. To avoid the PIN request every time you can do the following setting to your e-gold. Log in to your e-gold a/c click on A/c info -- > AccSent --> Disable, Detect IP Address Change Sensitivity If you are using multiple Browsers like FF, IE, Opera also Disable, Detect Browser Change Once done, you will not be asked to add the PIN each & every time, even though you will log in from the IP other than from which you have signed up to your e-gold.
some times its true happened. you can login again after 15 min if you dont acc a one-time pin then pin will send again.
