Hello, i have bought a domain PR 2 and dmoz listed.

Is dmoz listed affected for domain price?

If i wanna develop dmoz domain listed, is affected for traffic?
i have read the article said, dmoz listed it's good for PR and quality.
But i don't understand what it mean.

And the last, i wanna sell that domain, but is that good way?
my friend told me, it's better to develop it but now im confused sell or develop.

Thanks and sorry my bad english

First, why do you want to sell it since you have bought it?I think you can continue to maintain it if there is any necessity. Then although dmoz is considered one of the most important websites in classified catalogue webistes,it has been proved that it's not that useful to website promotion, especially SEO.And a website with PR 2 is not a good website. Judging from these, you may not get a good price if you sell it to others.

I think better you should develop it because just it listed in dmoz does not means you'll get higher price.

Dmoz listed is not that big of a deal. All it means is it had a decent backlink. Doesnt put to much value on it. The value would be in the traffic and quality of the domain name.

Yeah, you can say it like this, but maybe there can be also other reasons such as the content is various or unique.I prefer to advise you to maintain the website so that the quality of the website can be improved on and on.According to my knowledge,a website with PR 4 or more can be thought as popular one,so come on,guy.

    never use duplicate content.......

hire any content writer or write yourself some simple and unique content.
