    Of course you can. But i'm not sure if you can do it with one account. But remember that you can't delete your own posts when they're already submitted.

    i think digg accepts same url but its a duplication one.., why u want to submit single website to multiple times in DIGG??

    You'd need to create additional accounts, using proxies. Of course, it's not the best idea in the world because you can get banned.
