Need help for CPA

Has Maxbounty,Neverblueads and Hydra still accepting affiliates from India?They said that they are still accepting,but I have applied in their network more than 10 times.They rejected my application all time without calling me.Maxbounty has declined my application within 15 minutes.

 

I could not say if they are accepting people from India or not, but in general it is very difficult to get accepted into CPA Networks if you do not meet certain criteria. for example :- a website that receives a LOT of natural UNIQUE visitors per month. You can tell them that you receive more visitors than you actually do but when they check your website's statistics they will know if you are being honest or not.

What is your website about and how many unique visits do you receive?

Maybe with a little more information somebody here could offer some valuable advice and/or tips.
