Well they did provide a valid reason - site doesn't comply with google policies, they even then expanded on that by telling you 3 key reasons. Not their fault if you just choose to ignore this in their email. If you do then likewise expect them to ignore any new application. The onus is 100% on you to familiarise yourself with them and make sure you site complies with them. Having looked at your site however, the first thing that struck me is that you are running lots (and lots actually) of ads that could be easily confused with adsense image ads, that really jumped out at me. They could certainly have an issue over that, you can run other ads but they need to be clearly different to adsense e.g. no confusion between the two. If you put adsense on the site people would be confused with regards to image ads certainly. Also where were you planning on putting the adsense, it's like ad central as it is.
They mention ads running on pages with little to no content, you even have them running on about me, privacy policy etc. No value ad to google is seeing adsense running on those pages.
Everywhere you look it's ads. link ads in text etc. as they mention you need to provide a good user experience and filling it with ads is very, very off putting.

They are talking about content, Google always take the content question seriously, I suggest you to add more blog posts, one you reach your ~ 50 posts, then apply again! DO NOT copy paste!!

    They gave you the reason:
The content is useless; poorly written; adds no value to the web. The use of the English language is poor and the grammar is bad. No searcher would be happy if they got the info from your site in their search results. The content is just parroted from other sites and adds no value to it.
This is Google polite way of telling you your site sucks. It does.

Proceed on the assumption that you will not be approved as the second screening.
