If they are Wordpress blogs then you need to extract your files.
Go to Manage=>Export and download in xml.
You need to do this for each blog.

You will need to grab the plugins and theme of each blog. If all blogs have the same look and feel, then you only need to do this once.

On your hosting panel you need to install 34 WP blogs. With the new WP version, you can configure them to use the same database. Read the sample configuration file.

Then go in each blog and import the xml for each one.

It's not difficult to do but if you have never done this before you'll need someone to show you a few things.

If nothing else, this is time consuming

I would suggest diving into it to learn how it works, this will help you manage them as well.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for your suggestion xpsave.
Is there a way to zip certain folder (along with all files & subfolder under it) using cpanel or specific tools? I can setup everything myself once the files is already setup / transfered.

If you old host has x3 theme , for cPanel (it is standard now) you can open your File Manager & zip the folders you want to.
You can also go to Backups in cPanel, & download the Home Directory Backup, which is a zip of all your files/folders. You can restore the same Home Directory Backup in your new host's cPanel.

You can similarly download & restore all MySQL backups.
