Hello,My company is called Autoink, and we sell advertisement decals for vehicles. Our website is www.autoink.ca.We have been trying to complete this website for a long while now, and finally want to finish it off COMPLETELY this week. We hired a promising, skilled designer originally, but he had to back out before it was complete due to health reasons. We have all his files in a .zip.We are looking for competent, educated and CREATIVE individuals who speak fluent English. We also want tips on how to improve what we already have. Here is a list of what needs to be done to the site; let me know if there's anything else you would add.- need to improve compatibility. looks slightly different on all browsers, and some text/buttons get cut-off etc. - a little bit of text detail needs to be added to some of the pages, others totally reworked. - add linking pages between buttons and the pages they go. - straighten out the question box on the right hand side. - get images for gallery - get rid of rotating colors on app form - botton navigation should say "contact us" - on bottom nav "why us" needs to be deleted and "who we are" needs to be added. - make sure all pages are validated and create keywords for header code etc. - totally redo the App Form. - when the user is on the faq page none of the Navi buttons options should be selected which they are here's a page by page break down of the site and what I think needs to be done: Home page: looks great, just need to add somethin to catch the eye of business+drivers, and lead to their respective pages. I say we turn that banner just into a java slideshow, just have the green area with the Car+the character dissolve into another images or something. But let's save that until last, when we're doing the photoshop for the gallery/logos on the vehicles. Let's just work on the functionality etc. for now ? Business page: here we just give a blurb and give some statistics etc. We can just use dummy text as we can edit the xml ourselves. Only thing we need is an image or icon etc. just to tie it in to the whole site, and make it look slick. Essentially just a template page for us to throw down our text. From this page, we have a link for Ad packages Ad Packages: from that website you showed me, I think the "Harvest" style could be utilized, and styled sort of like you have it now, rounded edges, gloss etc. Drivers page: like the business page, here we'll type text describin the reasons why it makes sense to sign up. So it'll be the same template as biz page, just a different icon/whatever. You know what I mean. This page links to the App. Form App. Form: you can break it up into diff. pages/stages. name, age, sex, city/prov/country , address, phone number, email, preferred method of contact. Vehicle make/model/year/color Condition (on scale of 5 stars) - Check off the places that you would drive to on a regular basis: Work, School, Travel, shopping, etc, and Other, if 'Other' is selected, a box appears to type in where else you drive. - Where do you consider that you drive your vehicle to the most? - How many hours a day would you say your on the road on average? - How many km do you drive in an average 7 day week? - What parts of the city are you primarily driving your vehicle (N/W/S/E/outside of city) - Where do you park your vehicle?(garage, residential, parking lot) you can select more than one - How many hours would your car be parked there on avg? So say 8hrs a day at home, 6 at work, 2 at yoga, etc. Anythin else you feel is missin? Gallery. Pretty basic, don't mind the present layout/lightbox. Any enhancements are welcome. FAQ: just clean it up, looks really dated. Contact Us: think the image is the right idea, as it ties in to the site, but think the whole page is sloppy, not aligned/proportioned, plain. Needs greatly enhanced Overall, the site is close to being complete, but they are little quirks that make the site look un-professional. It SHOULD look Modern and Easy to use. Please be vocal in voicing ANY suggestions for the site. If you have not read this entire post, please dont bother responding. Serious people only plz. After reading ALL of this, you should have a good idea what needs to be done. Dont even bother replying on Guru, rather just add me on Gtalk or email me at: look forward to speaking with you. Jordan
