Where's a good place to find a good Domain Name Trademark Lawyer? I have a company that's claiming I infrindge on their trademark with my domain.

This is just an example: They call themselves: Solar Car Experts and own solarcarexperts.com

I have a domain " Solarcar.com" but Used the term "Solar Car Experts" on my page title and through out the page.. Not trying to be them, just coincedence.

They want payments on anything I earned, (i made af ew bucks on Adsense). And they worst part is they want me to turn over my domainname. Do they really have a case against me? And can I freaking counter sue them for the cost of getting a lawyer???

Whether or not they have a good case depends on the exact name in question, not an example. As far as getting attorney fees, the most likely answer is no, you cannot recover attorney damages even if you win - and you are looking at huge legal fees if they file suit (tens of thousands of dollars to take it to court, minimum). If they file a WIPO action, they can only recover the domain. Figure about $4 - $5K for an attorney to file a response. You can also file a response to a WIPO yourself (but you better know what you are doing).

If this other company is a large company, you may want to factor that in. A large company can drop six figures and consider it the cost of doing business - while it can cause an individual to go broke.
