Need help finding one

    I am guessing this would be a CPA. I am looking to get into a program that has the ads similar to all the GPT sites (the ones where you enter your phone number or email ). It must also pay with paypal

    We have a number of short form CPA campaigns for both US and UK traffic.

    And we pay through Paypal...

    You can try Maxbounty, they have a lot of incentivized campaigns. Other CPA networks have some too
