I'm looking to get a 800 number for my website. But gosh this seems to be the most confusing part I've encountered in creating and building an etailer. Basically what I'm looking for is a service that would ring to my cell phone and if I couldn't answer it it would play a recording and prompt to leave a voicemail. If it was called outside of specified business hours it would go to another recording and voicemail. Could anyone recomend a company that does this?
I use www .freedomvoice .com easy set up, very flexible scheduling, forwarding to different numbers based on time/day, voicemail to text messaging, etc
My business partner and I use RingCentral I used them at the company I use to work for as well and have really liked all that they have to offer.
