I want to be able to provide many ways of payment.
    paypal
    all credit cards etc..

moneybookers seems to be able to do this. and what are some others?

Also should be friendly to selling turns on turn based games.

    even completing surveys etc.

    thank you everyone.

i already have paypal and alertpay.
paypal doesnt allow itself as a payment provider on turn based gaming sites of the mafia nature unless there is no jackpot the players could win, and no plugin poker modules.

What im looking to do it provide a gateway that allows them to pay with paypal and other forms through a 3rd party like moneybookers does and how it accepts paypal payments to its system to pay account holders.

if would be awesome to have an all in 1 site but i dont think such a site exists.

Moneybookers refuses to comply with US anti-gaming laws that were passed about 5 years ago. Their only option was to block US customers or to block any company or business associated with online gaming. They chose to block US customers.

There's been some talk about retracting or amending the laws that were passed, but it seems congress is too busy with other things to worry about it now. The EU also declared that the US violated a bunch of trade agreements.

Try Quantam gateway or worldpay. 2CO/Google checkout also good.

Allied Wallet would be happy to provide a payment gateway and merchant account for all of the products and services you've listed. Beyond our own solution, I would suggest getting a merchant account from a bank and using authorize.net... if you have the resources and know how to integrate the two together.
