Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me out with this.
I have a seagate 80G hard-drive from my old apple laptop that broke. Some crazy ass asian friend of mine dropped a glass of water on it.
Well...... Yeah it was more like an alcoholic drink, and I can say he was a little drunk too :D. But anyways, the thing is, I need some sort of cable or adapter so i can get my stuff out of it and also use it as a external storage device if possible. I have searched everywhere without any luck, I don't want to go crazy and buy something I will not be able to use...
The ideal one would have an usb cable as thats pretty much the only way I got to transfer the data to my other laptop.

Here are some of the stuffs I found, but I am not so sure if I should get em.

Here is the info from the hard drive:

    Seagate Momentus 5400.2

    80GB MER2S 655-1285A *JY62107HMU4KA*

    Model: ST98823AS

    PN: 9W3183 - 040

I will really appreciate some help with this. Am sure some of you have tried something like this.
    Thanks in advance

That one from sataadapter.com looks pretty neat. I can't see why it wouldn't work.

Thanks guys, I think am gonna get the one at geeks.com... Not sure how that works though, Does it include the cable for the power supply too? As far as I know it has to have two cables, one to transfer the data and another one to power the HD itself...
