Hi and thanks for taking the time to try to help me. I currently have a blog where I post stuff for people to download. I get around 400 unique visitors/day. Currently i'm making some money through the downloads and adsense/adbrite. I wanted to know if i could ad something else on top of that to make more revenue. Ive read some posts about adding a program that will make people fill out a survey before they can access some content, this could work but the times ive come across surveys like these theyve been endless. so if you guys could point me to something like this or any other suggestion of something i can add to my blog to make more money. Please keep in mind im using Blogger (i know it sucks) so there's only so much i can change (i think)... SO. what do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance!
You can ask your visitors to register on your website, then you will get their contact information. After that, you can use email marketing to promote your product.
depends on what your site is... post the domain and Ill take a look. You might look into some PPS or revshare stuff depending on what kind of traffic you have. For example, if your site were geared towards dating per say you might look into some adult affiliate programs or if its health and wellness based you could look at a PPS (pay per sale) with supplements or something... PM your info as well and Ill point you at some networks to look into. But be careful of doing downloadable stuff like adware... you can end up killing your userbase and site completely by doing that. good luck!
thanks for your replies. my blog is http://reviewingtunes.blogspot.com/ I dont know how exactly id go about promoting products or if the people who come to my blog would even be willing to buy anything (due to the nature of the content). I've noticed people who host movie sites for example have a survey to fill before you get to their content, perhaps something like that might work? but i still dont know what site can offer a service like this.
