Need HELP FAST:2 accnts in a single page

Can I use 2 analytics accounts in the same page?

i think there is no problem .. i did that accidently and i got to know it after 2 days ,
google showed data on both accounts
but removed it later

 

Why would you need to have 2 google analytics in one site: if you are trying to have more than one person access the data, it is very easy to setup within Analytics. just log into to your account and click on the profile, down at the bottom is a link that says user manager.

But my client is away so he can't share it with me. I have the ftp access, so i would like to add a second account.

if you have ftp access of that website then y dont u put code of statcounter, its very simple yet powerful web analytics tool having real time reporting.

I think you are the responsible person for doing seo of your client's website ? rte then convey your client to that you need google analytics access for measuring effectiveness of online marketing campaigns i.e. seo, email marketing or ppc.

you can also tell him that you can measure that where our web pages need to improve design or seo wise. and there are so many things..
