Need help embeding flash for dummies..

Hello first off all thanks for reading my post..

I need to embed this flash file :

http://www.aksoybazaar.com/slide/index.swf

to my e-commerce website in frontpage..

That flash use xml file for settings and images..

And as you can see here it wont work:

www.aksoybazaar.com

But when try simple flash animation whic doesn't use xml file or anything it perfectly works..

So you see my problem.. It must be 2 minute job for you..
But im realy stucked at this point..
