    This link is redirected through another page, so, no, it doesn't directly pass PR. If you have exchanged links with this webmaster, and given him a straight static link, make him give you one in return.

    i think pr will pass from that url. it's using joomla link component. if there is not nofollow in their link, pr will PASS from that link
