Need help decoding a WP theme

Hi, I have a diving themed free wp theme that I need to use - a friend of mine picked it for his scuba diving blog. Unfortunately all php files are coded with some sort of base_64 that I was unable to decode using resources on the net.

I need to decode it for potentially unwanted code but mostly because I have to translate it.

Any coder here can give me hand or at least some instructions?

I have attached the theme package as I received it without 2 images because of the size limit.
