Need help deciphering and editing a .bbb file

    Anyone know what kind of file this is and what it contains and how to edit it? Its from a handheld game and i wanna edit the output.

    Some kind of straight hexadecimal or binary code.

    You would have to know the instruction set or device specific assembler code for the handheld device to figure out what it does.
