Hi guys. I've been offered a variety of pieces from an old guitar directory, and I was wondering what it's value was. Basically, the guy offering it to me used to run it and earn from affiliates, but then various circumstances meant the site was taken down for about 2 years. He's offering me the layout and all the things that were on site, including a fair few listings. The layout is unique (but not amazing). How much should I be looking to pay for it? I'd basically be starting a new website, I'd just have a bit of content already loaded on it. I'd still have to drive traffic etc. Thanks in advance, rep will be given to useful answers!
