    Hi,

I have several car websites some of which are ranking very high for top keywords and getting very nice amounts of traffic.

I've been trying to find out how I can contact car companies about placing their ads on my website with no luck!

I've tried writing the general contact emails on car company websites but I have received no answer.

Does anyone here know how I can get the info I need? Does anyone know of 3rd party ad networks that work with companies?

I didn't really know where to place this so I palced it here - I think it's best.

    Thanks!

    Elad

Hello, I'm a new forum member so I hope I'm not misunderstanding your question. If I were trying to contact car company's marketing divisions, I would not attempt to use the Internet because I know how frustrating that will be in this kind of situation. I just took 5 minutes to research your question by phone and if I were going to spend more time on this I would start here (examples):
Acura Customer Relations Department: 800-382-2238, Fax 310-783-3535
American Honda Motor Co.: 800-999-1009, Fax: 310-783-3273
    Cadillac Motor Car Division: 800-458-8006
I would call them, penetrate through their voice mail system to reach their operator, and then ask the operator to transfer me to the marketing division. Please forgive me if I've misunderstood your question and gone off on a tangent but this is really what I would do.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the answer...

It sounds like a good idea.

I'm so into the internet that I forgot people have phones, lol...

Thank you for the thanks there, and please forgive me for responding in this thread again but I have an amusing story to tell related to this subject. I use my phone for research prior to writing quite often because I have a land line with unlimited calls for $29/month. It's always a challenge to me when I have to bust some big corporation for something. Like AOL. After being frustrated by AOL's lack of search engine customer support for website owners many years ago and encountering a total roadblock at the operator level in their phone mail system, I went over their heads to a couple of Vice Presidents at Time Warner and complained to their executive secretaries on the phone. The very next day two high level executives from AOL called me on the phone to apologize for any "inconveniences" and one of them promptly corrected the problem that had originally frustrated me with their customer service department! Well, maybe nobody else will think that's funny but I do because I'm the nobody who busted the chops of two somebodies at AOL once upon a time. Ha!
