Need help changing phpld themes

    Hey all,
    i guess i am in need of some advice. I have a site and i have installed the basic phpld theme and now i want to change the default theme to another theme. I already have downloaded the new template but dont know where ( what folder in my server ) to upload so that i can get the new theme. I was thinking interms of wordpress , all i have to is upload the new theme to the theme section and thats it.

    Any help will be appreciated. thanks

    You need to upload full theme folder(example folder "theme name") to templates folder of your directory via some ftp program.
    Than, go to admin/template manager and click activate above theme you want to be active.

    Yep it depends on the theme you are using..

    If its 3x version, then u have to just upload all to the templates folder, and for 2x version you should overwrite a few files in the main folder too... and i think every template is having an install instructions text file. You should have a check for it :)

    i am using a 2.0.2 (phpld2, its the free version ) and i did download a theme and it gave me 2.1 and 3.1 and 3.06 version and no text file to show how to install it.
    Confused like hell :confused:

    just select all the files and upload them.

    tpl files should go to the templates folder, the .css file in the root, and the images files in the images folder:)
