I have a client who bought a domain name. Immediately after the sale the seller pushed the domain's registration to onlinenic.com. Onlinenic.com is a POS registrar (located in China) and will not return any emails or phone calls. They have an online chat option but they never answer; plus there are time zone issues. Basically there is no way to get onlinenic.com to issue an Auth code in order to transfer the domain. The good thing is that the admin, tech, and billing contact info are in my client's name but he cannot transfer the domain to a good host b/c we cannot get the auth code. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. thx,

We already tried all of these. Their phone is an answering machine and they never return emails. I need input from people on how to deal with a totally unresponsive registrar.
